Returns Process

We will gladly accept returns for unused, sealed products within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping fees are not included and must be paid for by the customer or will result in a 20% restocking fee. We do not currently offer exchanges.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Step 1

Send the product to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Please note: Returns sent via USPS must include tracking numbers. We will not be held responsible for any USPS returns that are sent to us without tracking information.

Step 2

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund your original payment method in the amount of your original purchase price of the product only. We cannot refund any shipping or handling charges.

Step 3

You will receive an email confirming your return and refund once the process is complete.

Please note: If you ordered a Gel Press product from a 3rd party catalog, reseller, or distributor, including Amazon, you would need to process your return directly with the catalog, reseller, or distributor where you purchased the product.
