Shipping and Returns

PolyGel, LLC dba Gel Press® ships every business day to ensure rapid delivery to you. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed within 3-5 business days whenever possible. In the event of high business volume, PolyGel, LLC dba Gel Press®may take up to 7 business days to complete and ship your order. If it will take us longer than 7 business days to ship your order we will notify you of the delay. We cannot be responsible for delayed shipping through the carrier.

PolyGel, LLC dba Gel Press® uses UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship all parcels worldwide and is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse. PolyGel, LLC dba Gel Press® ships all orders using delivery confirmation and is not responsible for any parcels that are missing that show delivery has occurred, with the exception of International Orders.

PLEASE NOTE that no tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the U.S., so customer assumes all risk of delivery once package has left our warehouse. Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

PolyGel, LLC dba Gel Press® cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us — additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.

If either UPS-International or United States International Priority Mail is not an available shipping option, then PolyGel, LLC dba Gel Press® cannot ship to your country. Please email with any questions or for additional details.


Shipping cost within the United States, including APO/FPO, is automatically calculated based on weights and dimensions using our negotiated rates with UPS.

To ensure efficient delivery, it is our policy to ship via UPS Ground for domestic orders.


NOTE:  All Canadian and International packages over four pounds are required to ship UPS-International and may require additional shipping fees. These fees will be requested prior to your order being shipped.

All international orders are shipped UPS-International.  If you want to receive it Priority International Service, you must contact us and pay additional rates, if applicable.

Please Note: Due to distributor agreements, Gel Press® products may only be shipped within the United States and Canada.

Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes. PolyGel will ship to Canada DDP (Deliver Duty Paid). Any additional charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note, we will not falsify customs forms by marking your shipment as “Gift” or altering the value of items. In addition to being illegal, these actions are likely to delay your package’s arrival as accurate values are assessed by customs officials.

Because PolyGel ships DDP to Canada, Canadian customers will not be able to take advantage of free shipping promotions.

When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped. We take extra care to package each order appropriately. All orders are well packed and ship with a packing slip. Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which includes, but is not limited to, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, single or double ply boxes and delivery confirmation. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery.


PolyGel, LLC dba Gel Press® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of unused/unopened or defective merchandise, except those items purchased in the SALE section. All sales on SALE items are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. If, after initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for exchange or full credit.

All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise. Refunds for returned items are issued within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

Class fees for courses taken at are non-refundable in most cases. However, if you have paid for the class and are unable to access the class site please notify us with 30 days. A full refund will be offered within 30 days if upon review you are unable to access the class site.
